Very pleased with the latest review where I was able to give some Expert advice.

 

I contacted Locksmith Winchester as what not happy with the front door locking mechanism in a new build house I just bought.  The locksmith came out and advised how to rectify on my own. I followed the expert advice and was able to make the amends myself. It is very rare to come across a tradesperson who would give cost saving advice in favour of doing the job themselves. Very honest company. Highly recommend and will keep their number just in case needed in future. Thanks again

Super Helpful Locksmith!  What a great thing to say.  This is a review I received from a customer a few weeks back but I believe it deserves to be shared.  Im not massive on blowing my own trumpet but this is a great review. Being a Super Helpful Locksmith means more to me than a load of money in the bank, well almost!!!

 

 

"Dougie came out to my address within an hour after calling him yesterday. My kitchen door didn't seem to want to open. It was jammed at the bottom. Dougie arrived and within 5 minutes had the door open. Had a spare gearbox for my door also, which meant he was done within an hour. Super helpful, very friendly and brought his gorgeous doggie Wilma with him. Thanks Dougie! Highly recommended and will use again in the future."

Five star service.  Some jobs can be thoroughly irritating.  this can be because of the nature of the job or the weather or 'dare I say' the customer.  However, on this occasion none of the above applied.  This was a lovely, satisfying job made all the better by the very nice couple I carried the work out for. The gave me 5 stars, that'll do me!

I was called out to this jib a couple of weeks ago.  It was one of those jobs that, on description, sounded like a bit of a pain in the posterior!  Thankfully, when I got to the property it wasn't the nightmare I was anticipating and the customer was a proper decent lad.  The job took about an hour and off I went on my merry way.  So I was delighted the I was left this great review.
