Since returning from Australia recently ACQ Locksmiths Ltd has been flat out servicing yore locks off Winchester.  A result of that is Ive received a few good reviews.  See below:

Amazing Service from Dougie! Kept me well informed with when he was coming came and fix the job very quickly and efficiently and even checked my door over and tightened up anywhere it got loose before leaving!! thoroughly recommend!

Dougie The Locksmith

So Dougie the locksmith was in hospital recently but only to assist in opening a safe where the battery had gone flat and locked down.  Took ages to open as the safe was jammed away in the corner of a cupboard.  Its nice and out of the way but rather awkward to get the tools working.

 

"I am writing this review representing the estates department for Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. We had a safe which needed to be accessed as we were locked out of it. Dougie from Locksmith Winchester came out within 24 hours of us contacting him. He got the safe open very quickly without damaging it in any way. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and considering the job was on a hospital ward was sensitive and professional. We would happily use Locksmith Winchester again and would recommend them to anyone."
